Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused and in the original box and/or packaging. 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any items. 


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5days of receiving the item.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days (typically 6-9 business days).
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Fees Associated with Refunds

1. Refunds Due to Our Responsibility (e.g., item out of stock, damage, incorrect shipment)

For refunds issued due to reasons attributable to our store, customers will not be charged any fees, including payment processing fees.

The full amount of the order will be refunded at our expense.


2. Refunds Due to Customer Request (e.g., changes or cancellations of an order)

If a refund is requested for reasons attributable to the customer, the payment processing fees incurred at the time of the original transaction (which are non-refundable) shall be borne by the customer.

Accordingly, the refund amount will be the product price minus the applicable payment processing fees. Please be aware of this in advance.
